Print Pass exists so printing works for everyone — and “everyone” includes people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or any other way of navigating the web. Here’s our commitment, and how to tell us when we fall short.

We want every visitor to be able to learn about our plans, compare costs, subscribe, and manage their subscription independently — regardless of ability or the technology they use. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought: new pages and features are designed against the standards below before they ship.
In brief: we aim for the widely accepted international standard for accessible websites — WCAG 2.1, Level AA — across our whole site.
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by most accessibility regulations, and consistency with the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). [Conformance status — choose one after testing: “fully conformant” (only if audited) / “partially conformant: some parts of the site may not yet fully meet the standard, and we are actively working on them” (the honest default for most sites).]
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. [List honestly after testing — e.g., “some older blog images lack descriptive alternative text; third-party embedded tools may not meet our standard.”] We review reported issues [monthly] and prioritize fixes that block core tasks — getting a quote, subscribing, and managing your account.
Accessibility doesn’t end at the screen. Our support team is available by phone at (844) 990-0006 (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–4:00pm PST) for anyone who prefers to get a quote, subscribe, or manage their subscription with a person instead of a webpage — the full service is available by phone, at the same prices, with no penalty for choosing it. If you need printer setup assistance adapted to your situation, tell us and we’ll work with you.
Some parts of our service rely on third-party tools (payment forms, delivery tracking, the chat assistant). We choose vendors with accessibility in mind, but we can’t always control their code. If a third-party component blocks you, contact us — we’ll help you complete the task another way and raise the issue with the vendor.
In brief: if any part of our site doesn’t work with your assistive technology, we want to know — and we’ll help you finish what you came to do in the meantime.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on print-pass.com, please contact us and mention “accessibility” so it reaches the right people. Include the page and what went wrong, if you can. We aim to respond within [2] business days and to fix verified barriers on a priority basis — and while a fix is in progress, we’ll always offer another way to complete your task, usually by phone.
